Dr Zambry control the Media on Perak

In a bid to save himself embarassment after Perak assembly Speaker V Sivakumar overturned his media ban, BN Menteri Besar Zambry Kadir has quickly reversed his stand, agreeing to allow the press to cover the crucial May 7 sitting of the state legislature.
However, he failed to win any sympathy from the public for himself and his boss, Prime Minister Najib Razak.
Pakatan Rakyat top brass led by Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim condemned the pair for trying to bypass the Speaker, whose right it is to preside over assembly sittings, and for ordering a police blitz on several Pakatan elected representatives.
“Zambry has seemingly taken over the duties of Sivakumar. We are worried that there will be an effort to cover up or manipulate the event,” Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim told a press conference held jointly with DAP adviser Lim Kit Siang and PAS president Hadi Awang.
